- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or any related field; MBA or postgraduate degree is preferred.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Customer Service or CX domain.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow and Genesys AI solutions, with proven ability to drive end‑to‑end digital transformation initiatives.
