JOB DESCRIPTION Ecolab is seeking a Senior SAP EHS IT Business Process Analyst to work on the Tier 2 SAP Support team. In this role you will work with users to address tickets that may involve functional configuration, troubleshooting, data correction and/or end user training. You will be responsible for providing guidance to other Tier 2 resources. You will also be responsible for addressing end-user tickets to meet Service Levels, standard monitoring activities, working with users to gain clarification on issues and understand requirements, coordination of user acceptance testing, documentation and ownership of the tasks required to move changes into production.
