IT Business Systems Analyst / Senior IT Business Systems Analyst (SAP SD/CS)

Kitchener, ON, Canada – Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
The IT Business Systems Analyst / Senior IT Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) solutions that enable critical business operations. This role partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to implement system enhancements, resolve complex issues, improve business processes, and support SAP projects from design through deployment.
Responsibilities:
Support SAP SD/CS business processes through incident resolution, service requests, and system enhancements

Analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions aligned with operational needs

Lead or support SAP implementation projects, upgrades, and change requests

Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex Level 3 support issues
