Joining our Younger AdultsReviewTeam as aSenior Case Worker is an excellent next step in your career in Social Work.You’llbe an integral part of our team providing individuals with support and guidance to maximise their independence and wellbeing.

As well as holding your own diverse caseload,you’llalso support with cases with a higher level of complexity and provide guidance to Case Worker colleagues, role modelling best practice and setting an example forhigh standardsof work across the team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Reviewing existing care packages countywide across Physical Disabilities, Learning Disabilities and Mental Health services to ensure they continue to meet individuals’ needs.
• Providing support and guidance to individuals to maximise their wellbeing and independence.
