Our public sector client is seeking a Senior Change Management Lead to drive organizational adoption within a multi-year Digital Transformation Program

Join a major transformation initiative focused on modernizing business processes, reducing technical debt, and fostering data-driven decision-making across a provincial not-for-profit organization. This role leads organizational change efforts for system modernization, analytics integration, and new digital service delivery models. The position offers end-to-end ownership of change activities across program and project levels with visibility spanning Human Resources, Communications, and executive leadership.

12 Month Contract (chance of renewal), Vancouver, Hybrid (2 days/week), open to remote, Working Hours: PST (35 hours/week)
