Senior Cloud Architect Remote Role

Drive excellence as a Senior Cloud Architect with NTT DATA remotely in Ontario, Canada. Own cloud strategy, operations, and customer success across the Managed Services portfolio.
This position requires an experienced leader to oversee the organization’s Managed Services, ensuring high-quality cloud and infrastructure service delivery. You will align operations to SLAs and the Cloud Center of Excellence while enhancing service strategies and client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define strategy and roadmap for managed services with clients
• Manage the organizational structure and delivery framework
• Inspire teams to maintain rigorous SLAs and SLOs
• Establish and track KPIs for service quality
• Mentor leaders and technical staff to build robust capabilities
Requirements:
• 8–12+ years in EUC/Azure with 3–5+ years in leadership
• Expertise in Entra ID, Conditional Access, and security frameworks
