Senior CNC Machinist & OJT Coach (Aerospace)

Pratt & Whitney in Singapore is seeking an experienced manufacturing technician to lead capability development and supervise OJT, mentoring, and competency validation during brownfield transitions.

You will set up and operate CNC/NC machines, ensure adherence to drawings and GD&T, and collaborate with ME/QE to improve tooling, work instructions, and process documentation for consistent production readiness.
