- Prepare and support cost estimates for electrical scopes in repair, upgrade, and conversion projects (e.g., power systems, switchboards, cabling, instrumentation).
- Develop electrical work breakdown structures (WBS) and cost breakdowns aligned with project scope.
- Coordinate with Electrical Engineering, Procurement, and Production teams to obtain accurate inputs.
- Participate in bid reviews and technical‑commercial clarifications.
- Ensure timely completion of electrical cost estimates for tender submissions.
- Conduct market research on electrical equipment, materials, and subcontractor pricing; source and evaluate quotations for items such as cables, transformers, switchgear, and control systems; perform cost comparisons and benchmarking.
