Job Description

What you’ll do:
Prepare and review quarterly and annual fund financial statements, footnotes, supplemental financial reporting, including Annex IV filings under AIFMD and CSSF standards

Ensure accurate and timely processing of fund transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and data inputs used for regulatory and investor reporting

Coordinate the collection, validation, and reconciliation of data required for Annex IV reporting

Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and assist with internal and external audits to ensure adherence to industry standards

Manage relationships with investors by addressing inquiries and providing updates on fund performance, operations, and regulatory reporting, as applicable.

Oversee fund accounting operations, including tracking assets and liabilities, calculating net asset values (NAVs), and preparing financial statements
