Senior Components Engineer (Ciudad Juárez)

Complete projects with suppliers to provide uninterrupted flow of components for assembly operations that comply with instrument requisites, quality, price, and delivery.

• Complete technical projects with suppliers to improve supplier process, the maintenance capability of the supplier’s process, the capability of instrument assembly and instrument output performance.
• Determine the requirements of tools and spare parts to maintain the supply of components.
• Provide technical support for the approbation/validation of changes and supplier process improvements.
• Provide technical support for the resolution of component quality issues.
• Potentially coordinate RMI/CAD/BOM activities.
• Produce component cost comparisons and analyze alternative manufacturing methods for Cost Improvement Projects (CIP’s).
