Senior Construction Estimator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Construction Estimator to join our Civil Construction team. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for underground utility, earthworks, and civil infrastructure projects. This role plays a key part in the successful pursuit and execution of projects by analyzing drawings, specifications, quantities, production rates, subcontractor pricing, and project risks.

Job Responsibilities

The Estimator will produce cost estimates for assigned tenders, and evaluate bid specifications and drawings, ensuring that information is correct and current, all of which are required to successfully bid and win tenders. The successful candidate will also be responsible for following up with sub-contractors to ensure that bids are received.
