- Facilitates the implementation and support of SAP PS Modules.
- Performs detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provides appropriate system solutions; identifies, interprets, validates and documents customer requirements.
- Facilitates workshops to collect business requirements.
- Maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
- Designs, customizes, configures and tests.
- Identifies gaps, issues and work‑around solutions.
- Analyzes assigned incidents, service requests, problem tickets, and change requests of all Fujitsu AMS clients related to SAP PS Modules.
