The Senior Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing and operationalizing a highly complex IT Managed Services contract within a healthcare environment. This role “lives inside the contract,” ensuring that contractual obligations are clearly understood, accurately interpreted, and effectively translated into day‑to‑day operational guardrails.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and operationalize contract terms, translating complex contractual language into actionable processes, controls, and operational guidelines.
- Serve as the primary contract SME, ensuring all stakeholders understand obligations, boundaries, dependencies, and performance commitments.
