JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for coordinating the overall day-to-day support and operation for the Talent & Culture department. Supports the overall operation by managing team communication, distributing company equipment and supplies, and stepping in to assist various Talent & Culture departments as directed/needed. Acts as the Office Ambassador and provides administrative assistance.

+ Acts as a first line of support related to any Employee Relations issues. Gathers information, evaluates, responds when appropriate and/or refers to appropriate HR leaders for further investigation and follow up as needed.
