Job Description

What You Will Do
Operate, monitor, and optimize Elasticsearch platforms and complementary tools like Kafka for large-scale log management.

Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to troubleshoot, improve, and automate platform workflows.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide reliable 24/7 service and incident resolution.

Contribute to international deployment projects, supporting diverse environments in Switzerland, Spain, USA and Asia.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives around observability, performance tuning, and platform resilience.

Improve operational procedures and share best practices within the team.
What You Bring
