Responsibilities
- Develop and own the end‑to‑end data migration strategy, including scope, phasing, timelines, and cutover approach
- Lead data mapping and transformation workshops across all CIS data domains
- Oversee data quality assessment and cleansing activities
- Collaborate with IT and vendor teams on ETL development, testing, and validation
- Lead mock migrations and support SIT and UAT data preparation
- Manage cutover execution for all data‑related migration activities
