Senior Data Analyst - Power BI

Job Purpose
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst / BI Developer with strong Power BI and Python skills to build insightful dashboards and light applications that empower business decisions.
You will translate complex business asks into clear, actionable visualisations and small scale tools, with minimal hand holding.
You will work closely with analytics and engineering teams to design scalable reporting solutions and lightweight front end applications.
Major Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards that are intuitive, performant, and aligned with business goals (30%).
- Write and optimize DAX measures and calculated columns to support advanced analytics and dynamic reporting. Maintain documentation, version control, and best practices for dashboards and code. (30%).
