Senior Data & CRM Operations Lead

The Citizens Foundation is seeking an experienced Data Operations & CRM Manager in Pakistan to oversee CRM upkeep, reporting, and data governance. You will manage Salesforce workflows, dashboards, and integrations while ensuring accuracy in donor, project, and grant data.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years in data operations or analytics-focused roles, preferably with nonprofit funding experience. Strong Excel/Power BI skills are essential.
