Senior Data Governance & Resiliency Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and evolution of enterprise data governance frameworks, policies, and standards. Define and enforce data classification, retention, lifecycle, and defensible deletion practices aligned with regulatory requirements.
• Establish governance standards for data protection, including backup, recovery, immutability, and ransomware resilience. Implement data ownership and stewardship models, ensuring accountability across business domains.
• Govern critical data elements and enable enterprise data visibility through cataloging, metadata, and lineage practices. Serve as a subject‑matter expert, ensuring alignment with Legal, Risk, and Compliance, and maintaining audit‑ready governance artifacts.
• Drive enterprise adoption of data governance and resiliency standards, translating governance requirements into enforceable technical controls across data protection platforms.
