Senior Design Engineer Mechanical

Responsibilities

Lead new product development (NPD) initiatives for DX and Unitary HVAC systems. Design, develop and optimize HVAC products to meet technical performance and market requirements. Ensure all designs comply with ESMA , UAE SASO, KSA ESTIDAMA and relevant international standards. Support and manage AHRI and Eurovent certification requirements, testing and documentation. Collaborate with R & D , production, procurement, quality and testing teams to bring innovative HVAC products to market. Review vendor submittals, technical data and component selections. Support prototype testing, performance validation, energy efficiency evaluation and product certification processes. Lead value engineering, cost optimization and continuous product improvement initiatives. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
