About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Design Manager - BIM to lead BIM strategy, coordination, and delivery across large-scale high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across projects.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models (Architecture, Structure, and MEP) to ensure seamless integration and clash-free designs.
- Oversee the development of accurate BIM models and construction documentation, ensuring compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
