Senior Director, FTTH & Fiber Network Engineering

Tillman FiberCo is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead end-to-end engineering delivery for a growing fiber network initiative. The role reports to the Chief Network Officer and focuses on FTTH design, network deployment, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities include overseeing timelines, budgets, and quality; coordinating with utilities and contractors; and driving safety, compliance, and scalable architectures. Excellent leadership and telecom domain expertise are required.
