Overview
: -This position is offered under Bechtel’s 'Reduced Status' employment model. It is designed for candidates seeking a consistent, shortened workweek (between 16–30 hours) while maintaining a strategic, professional role within the organization.

Compensation & Benefits:
Pro-rated Compensation: Salary is calculated on a pro-rata basis (percentage factor) of the agreed working hours. This pro-rated amount serves as the basis for all statutory contributions, including Provident Fund (PF).

Full Insurance Coverage: Unlike traditional part-time roles, Reduced Status employees remain eligible for Company-sponsored Health, Term Life, and Personal Accident Insurance.
