Key Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and grow client and prospect engagement to maximize the customer journey, attending major meetings, QBRs, events, and serve as their trusted advisor.
• Drive the growth and success of strategic Publisher accounts in the LATAM region.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sales technical assistance and act as a Subject‑Matter Expert to support clients in their technological choices.
• Offer problem‑solving and troubleshooting assistance for top‑tier clients and internal teams at any stage of the programmatic chain.
• Liaise with Product, Analytics, Quality, and other teams to meet client needs.
• Identify ways to improve operational effectiveness of current processes and propose solutions to elevate efficiency.
