Senior Environmental Scientist (Calgary)

Compensation range: $135,000 to $175,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location.

Location: Edmonton or Calgary offices.

Responsibilities

• Act as a leader in the workplace using Onterris Standard Operating Safety and Technical Procedures
• Serve as the technical accountable on various scopes (based on individual competencies) including Phase 1 and 2 Environmental Site Assessments, Remediation, Risk Management Plans, Remedial Action Plans, and/or Soil Monitoring Programs
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects
• Lead communication with client program management teams and project-related stakeholders
• Provide support to project managers
• Provide senior review and approval of technical deliverables and scopes of work
• Prepare and/or review technical correspondence, proposals, work plans, cost estimates, and reports, including regulatory submissions
