Job Description
- You will be employed within group shared services, and will be deployed to the teams that require temporary support during peak period, transition period when there is a vacancy, tide through ad-hoc exercises, etc.
- At times when there isn’t such a need, the staff returns to shared services as their base.
- This role offers exposure to a spectrum of HR operations and opportunity to become familiar with the HR policies and processes.
- Provide operational support in HR-related inquiries management:
- Support in other administration under the responsibility of HR Support Centre
- When deployed out of HR Support Centre, provide HR operational support in any other area of work as assigned based on evolving resource needs of HR Group Shared Services.
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
