Key Responsibilities
Job Description:
•Adherence to CGMP and EHS norms
• Documentation control • Initiation and execution of deviation reports and change controls
• Training all departmental personnel
• Maintenance of warehouse facility in co-ordination with maintenance department
• Reporting to next higher level on all non-conformities and implementation of CAPA in specific areas of operation
• Preparation of URS, Risk Assessment, Impact Assessment, Protocols and Reports for the equipment and facility qualification
• Handling of housekeeping staff
• Monitoring of housekeeping activities
• Issue of work permit to Engineering and Maintenance
• Review of shop floor related warehouse documentations
• Monitoring and control of retest, rejected and expired materials
