Job Description
Job Purpose
Lead and continuously enhance the Group's Enterprise Risk Management and Sustainability frameworks, oversee ESG governance and reporting, drive FTSE4Good performance and provide strategic support to Management and the Board.
Key Result Areas & Responsibilities
- Enterprise Risk Management
- Lead enterprise-wide risk assessment exercises.
- Review the Group Risk Register.
- Drive implementation of risk mitigation plans.
- Review key risk indicators and emerging risks.
- Prepare Board and Risk Committee reports.
- Review risk appetite and governance framework.
- Sustainability & ESG
- Lead preparation of the Sustainability Statement.
- Drive implementation of the sustainability roadmap.
- Monitor ESG performance and targets.
