Senior Finance Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Financial Reporting Consultant to support a complex and time-sensitive financial reporting engagement for a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for a technically strong accounting professional with deep experience in IPO readiness, carve‑out financial statements, and US GAAP reporting. The successful candidate will be a proven self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and can deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

Carve‑Out Financial Statements

• Lead or support the preparation of carve‑out financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (US GAAP)
• Identify and resolve complex accounting issues unique to carve‑out engagements, including cost allocations, intercompany eliminations, and stand‑alone adjustments
• Ensure carve‑out financials are audit‑ready and meet regulatory requirements for IPO filings
