Senior Finance Manager (US GAAP & SEC Reporting)

The Company

Our client is a US-Listed MNC leading in the maritime and energy sector. With over 60 years of history and strong global presence. With constant growth and ambitious expansion plans, they are now partnering with us to look for a Senior Finance Manager with SEC reporting exposure to manage one of the business units for related reporting matters and grow the business further.

The Role

Reporting to VP Finance, you will be playing a key role in managing and preparing the US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. This role requires strong technical knowledge with IFRS, US GAAP compliance and SEC reporting regulations as well as strong stakeholder management skills to liaise with international senior stakeholders. You will also act as the main point of contact to liaise with external auditors to address any audit queries.
