- Strategic finance business partnering for Global R&D in the OSTE region
- Delivery of in-depth financial analyses and strategic insights to support prioritization of the R&D investment portfolio
- Ensuring execution of prioritized R&D projects on time and within budget from a financial perspective
- Full responsibility for R&D cost tracking, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within the technology organization
- Design and implementation of standardized regional and global R&D reporting and analysis frameworks
- Conducting monthly financial performance reviews with functional stakeholders and leadership teams
- Providing budgeting, forecasting, and financial guidance to business unit leaders to support decision-making
- Development and provision of analytical tools to evaluate business scenarios, define KPIs, and track performance deviations
