About the Company
Our client is a venture-funded AI martech and communications company headquartered in Singapore , one of the few in Southeast Asia to raise funding in the past year. They are building an AI-powered operating layer for modern marketing and communications teams, combining intelligence, execution, and measurement in a single proprietary platform.
They have served 200+ clients across Singapore and Malaysia, and are now expanding into Indonesia. You would join after validation, before scale: the growth engine works, but it currently runs through the founder. Your job is to take it over.
Why This Role Exists
The founder has been the de facto head of growth across all three markets, with a junior team executing under him. That model has hit its ceiling.
