A growing, fast‑paced organisation in the construction sector is looking to appoint an experienced Senior HR Advisor, ready to take the step into HR management, base at its Head Office in Winsford. With multiple regional sites and a workforce of over 160 colleagues, this is a brilliant opportunity to step into a varied, hands‑on role where you’ll shape HR delivery across a multi‑site operation.

Working closely with the Managing Director and partnering with the existing HR Business Partner, you’ll provide practical, consistent and commercially aligned HR support.
