Senior HR Generalist: Scale People Ops & Compliance

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Senior HR Generalist based in Mexico to own end-to-end HR operations across the employee lifecycle in a fast-growing AI infrastructure organization.

You will partner with Legal, Finance and People teams to ensure compliance, data integrity and an exceptional employee experience, managing relations, policy updates, and HRIS integrity across multiple jurisdictions.
