This role involves providing HR advisory support to business leaders and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, around 10 years of HR experience including leadership roles, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with AI and HR systems is preferred. This is a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture.
