Job Summary  
We are looking for a Senior HR professional  with a minimum of  years of core experience in US IT Staffing . You will play a vital role in managing the operational and compliance backbone of our US staffing business. The ideal candidate is an expert in the Hire-to-Retire cycle for US-based consultants and possesses a meticulous eye for contract management and immigration compliance.

Contract & Compliance:  Draft, review, and manage Master Service Agreements (MSA) , Purchase Orders (PO) , and Addendums . Ensure all contractual terms align with business interests. 
Immigration Management:  Handle end-to-end US immigration workflows. This includes specialized knowledge of F-OPT/CPT  regulations and the execution of I- (STEM OPT Training Plans) .
