Senior Information Technology Business Analyst (Chantada)

IT Senior Business Analyst – Location: Spain

Working remotely with occasional on-site visits to client warehouses across Europe.

Role Overview

Reporting into the Delivery Leads and the IT Project Manager for allocated projects, the Senior Business Analyst will work within the Project Management methodology (CPM) and undertake a set of key tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with internal and external stakeholders to identify and document requirements and define the agreed scope of the project, subject to sign‑off by all parties.
• Act as consultant, coordinator and liaison between the various parties in the development / configuration build stage, ensuring fitness for purpose.
