Key activities
Ensure the technical platform can connect key services including network, identity, MS Exchange etc. Archiving / migration of files Decommissioning of servers Moving to Azure AD Managing the change management process in conjunction with a change manager (broad consideration - use of files, use of video conferencing and chat, use of office tools, replacement of other tools including Trello, Dropbox etc. Migration of all SharePoint sites Ensure governance processes are established in accordance with ePMO policies/guidelines Creating the deployment implementation plan for all sites/services Skills, knowledge, and experience
A minimum of 5 years' experience successfully leading and delivering infrastructure projects
