Senior Lead Generation & Email Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing lead generation and referral development strategy. The role oversees sourcing, research, outreach, qualification, and scheduling of pre‑assessment appointments, manages referral outreach campaigns to increase inbound and outbound referral opportunities, supports pre‑assessment stage and, when needed, conducts pre‑assessment calls to assist the Supervisor for Intake & Client Conversion. The specialist ensures accurate documentation, disciplined follow‑up, compliance, and strict protection of proprietary information.
