Job Description
The Senior Learning & Development Executive supports the Corporate Academy in designing, coordinating, and executing learning initiatives that build organizational capability and enhance performance. The role focuses on the delivery of leadership and functional development programmes, learning operations, and capabilitybuilding initiatives, ensuring strong alignment between learning strategies and business priorities. Working closely with HR Business Partners, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, this role plays a key part in strengthening a continuous learning culture and supporting the development of current and future capabilities across the organization.
