Senior Legal Counsel (Marine & Offshore)

Our client, a well-established multinational organization, is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support legal and compliance matters across the Asia Pacific region. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders while providing practical legal advice in a fast-paced international environment.

• Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Work closely with regional corporate function teams to provide commercially focused legal support.
• Advise on compliance matters, including trade sanctions, anti-bribery & corruption, and data privacy.
• Support regional corporate governance and legal compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel where required.
• Partner with business development, tendering and project teams across the APAC region on legal matters.
