Senior Legal Manager

Position Summary The Senior Legal Manager serves as internal legal counsel for a diversified property management and real estate organization with assets across the residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. The role provides strategic and practical legal guidance across a broad range of business and operational matters, including leasing, contracts, regulatory compliance, risk management, and corporate operations.

This role supports the organization in identifying and mitigating legal risk while enabling business objectives and operational efficiency. The position requires a business-oriented approach, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex legal matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience in real estate, leasing, hospitality, or property-related legal matters is considered a strong asset.

This role is based in our Halifax office and is an in-office position, five days per week.
