Senior Manager Armament Workshop

Senior Manager Armament Workshopis responsible for providing leadership guidance and supervision to all assigned workshop employees. This role oversees the maintenance inspection servicing rebuilds overhauls and repairs of light and heavy tracked and wheeled vehicle turret systems weapons and small arms . The incumbent ensures that all activities comply with technical manuals Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications . Additionally the role ensures that maintenance processes align with ISO 9001 Quality Management System ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standards.
