Senior Manager - Corporate Finance

The Senior Manager – Strategic Investment is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic investment opportunities that align with the Company’s long-term growth objectives. This role provides strategic insights, conducts investment analysis, supports deal execution, and manages post-investment performance to maximise value creation.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare investment papers, business plans, board papers, presentations, and performance updates for existing and potential investments.
• Conduct financial modelling and financial analysis to assess investment returns and corporate developments.
• Monitor investee companies’ performance, funding, payments, and development milestones, providing regular updates to management.
