Job Description

• Responsible for leading the company development Center, managing and engineering and training activities, and developing strategic plans for department growth
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior Japanese staff, to enhance training systems and ensure high-quality project execution

Requirement

Qualifications:
• Master's degree or higher (Master's degree in M&E Engineering will be given special consideration but a Master's degree in other fields are also welcome, if they have extensive experience in M&E construction exp.)
• ATD license (Accredited Tier Designer) is a must
