The Senior Manager, Offer Design & Delivery is a leadership position within Scotiabank’s Canadian Banking Campaign Analytics team. This role provides strategic oversight and operational leadership for all offer configuration and fulfillment activities across mass and targeted marketing campaigns. The position reports to the Director, Campaign Analytics, and manages a team of four responsible for offer configuration and fulfillment across in‑market campaigns.
