Senior M&E Engineer

The Senior M&E Engineer is the technical owner for all electrical aspects of HVAC systems in commercial and mission‑critical buildings. The role requires end‑to‑end responsibility from concept design through commissioning and handover, ensuring system reliability, code compliance, energy efficiency, and seamless integration.

Responsibilities

• Electrical Design & Engineering
  • Lead the electrical design of HVAC systems for commercial buildings.
  • Produce and/or technically review:
    • Single‑Line Diagrams (SLD).
    • Schematic diagrams.
    • Panel GA drawings.
    • Wiring diagrams and termination schedules.
    • Equipment electrical specifications.
• Power Distribution & Equipment Design
  • Design and validate electrical systems for HVAC equipment, including:
    • Water‑cooled & air‑cooled chillers.
    • AHUs, MAUs, FCUs, VAV systems.
