Senior M&E Services & Building Upgrades Lead

Mapletree in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage M&E systems, ensuring their good order. This position involves implementing preventive maintenance programs, procuring service contracts, and managing tenants’ requests for M&E services.

The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years of experience in mechanical or electrical engineering and sound knowledge in building maintenance and tenant management. Proficiency in MS Office is required, while experience with SAP is a plus.
