Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking candidates for a Senior Satellite Mechanical Engineer position to lead the design, development, integration, and validation of spacecraft mechanical systems across the full mission lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop spacecraft mechanical systems including structures, mechanisms, avionics enclosures, and support assemblies.
• Create detailed CAD models and manufacturing drawings using NX, CATIA, or SolidWorks.
• Perform structural and thermal analysis using ANSYS, NASTRAN, or equivalent FEA tools.
• Ensure designs meet launch loads, vibration, shock, thermal, and space environment requirements.
• Support Assembly, Integration, and Testing (AIT) activities including vibration, acoustic, thermal vacuum, and shock testing.
• Manage electronics packaging, PCB mechanical support, harness routing, and avionics integration.
