Senior Middleware Engineer

**Job Summary**:
**Location**: Guadalajara, Jalisco
**Language**: Fluent English is required.
**Key Requirements**:
- 7+ years of experience in Middleware Administration.
- Solid hands-on expertise with **WebSphere Application Server (WAS ND, Liberty, IBM HTTP Server)**.
- Strong knowledge of clustered and non-clustered environments (Linux, AIX, Solaris, Windows).
- Scripting (Shell, Bash) for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
**Nice to Have**:
- Knowledge of **WebLogic Administration** (clustering, tuning, SSO/LDAP).
- Knowledge of **IBM MQ** (installation, configuration, Queue Managers, SSL).
- Experience with other middleware and web servers such as JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, Nginx.
- Security (SSL configuration, patching, upgrades).
